Ellen's services are very adaptable and flexible! Let her help you decide if a 30 or 50 minute session is right for you! She will make sure that the appropriate equipment is available and take it from there. No work on your part!
Strength training is not just lifting dumbells, it all depends on your level and goals. Some sessions are all about strength, using weights, bands and body weight. Other people may incorporate cardio intervals, while others like to focus on balance and functionality in their daily lives.
Yoga can be part of all of the situation. Using her experience, Ellen will craft a program that is uniquely you, whether you have worked out before or not.
